Primer for rubber, latex sole, and TPR.

① Clean both surfaces to be bonded.
­② Mix thinner with a powder and agitate.
③ Apply the mixture, allow it to dry for 30 mins at RT or 5 mins at 50℃.

① Volatile solvents are included, thus sufficient ventilation is required.
② Keep the cap closed always during storage.
